Retaining a lawyer should not be burdensome or complicated. We make the process simple and smooth. For a free consultation and evaluation of your case, start by contacting us by telephone, or by filling out the email form on the right. Either way is fine, but we recommend that you call us so that we can speak directly and answer all your questions at once. Our attorneys will speak to you in plain English (without legalese), and will take the time to explain anything you're not sure about.
We can meet at your convenience (including evenings and Saturdays). When you come to our office you will know that our lawyers and staff genuinely care about you and your case. If we cannot take your case and give it the attention it deserves, we will tell you. Fees and costs are discussed up front, and all terms are put in writing.
We handle all injury and wrongful death cases on a contingency fee basis. This means that our fee will be a percentage of the compensation we obtain for you. If we are not successful in obtaining compensation, you will not be charged any attorneys' fees. We cover all costs of preparing your case, including expenses for expert witnesses and accident reconstruction, and deduct these amounts from any monies received.
Our office is located in the heart of the Chicago Loop at 20 North Clark Street (the corner of Clark and Madison). We are within walking distance of the state and federal courthouses, as well as several parking lots and CTA train and bus stops.
Public Transportation. Our office is close to all forms of public transportation. Within two blocks are stops for the CTA red, blue, green, brown, pink, orange and purple lines. Parking. If you are driving, you will find several parking lots close to our office. We offer complimentary parking at the Washington Wells Self Park located at 217 West Washington, a brand new facility. There are entrances on both Washington and Wells as indicated on the map below (be careful to park in the right garage, as there are several very close). Please bring your parking ticket to our office so we can validate it for you.
