Police Termination Hearing Goes Forward in the Geinosky Parking Ticket Case

The City of Chicago is seeking to terminate two police officers allegedly involved in issuing Mark Geinoswky 24 bogus parking tickets in 2009 and 2010. Jackowiak Law Offices represents Geinoswky in a federal civil rights lawsuit against the officers. The Seventh Circuit recently ruled that the case against the police officers can go forward.
